Transfer Requests
What You Need To Do
We understand that things might just happen where you'll be unable to attend our event. Whether it's an injury, family emergency, or unexpected event you are able transfer your event pass easily via email or in-person at the event. To transfer your ticket please follow one of the two steps below:

Please note that event pass transfers may be subject to a $15 transfer fee per transfer.


By Email

1. Please note that transfers by email are not accepted after online ticket sales have closed. Please check the registration page for closing date and hour.

2. Send an email below with the following: Your name (the original pass owner), a statement saying why you are transferring, the first and last name of the person you are transferring to, and their email.

3. For convenience please cc the person the ticket is transferring to. When the transfer is complete you will receive an email informing you of the transfer.


In-Person

1. A print-out of the email confirmation from the original ticket holder authorizing the transfer. The person transferring must email from the email used to purchase the event pass.

2. First name, last name, and email address of the transfer must be included in the body of the original ticket holder's email.

3. Please note that in-person transfers may be subject to a $15 transfer fee per transfer.
